What We Do

We recruit for permanent and fixed term contract roles within the commercial sector across the whole of the East Midlands.

How We Do it

Step 1: Initial screening

Whether you apply for a job you have seen us advertise or we contact you directly, the first step is an initial telephone screen. We will general questions to assess whether we can help you and if we can’t, we will point you in the right direction of who can……

Step 2: Registration

This will be a face to face interview wherever possible or an online interview via Skype or FaceTime if not. This step will allow us to get to know you better – your work experience, your skills, your strengths, what you are looking for moving forward and ultimately what are the most important aspects to you with your next career move. We will invest the time in order to get you your right role, not just any role.

Step 3: Recruitment Partner

Prior to any interview being arranged for you, we will always provide you with a detailed email containing interview format and interview tips. If you are nervous about the interview at all, we will work with you to help you prepare for your interview.

Throughout the whole of the time you are registered with People First, we will keep in contact with you and provide you with feedback at each stage of the process.
